Placing your Skip Bag correctly

RULES TO FOLLOW

  1. Our trucks require a minimum three meters (3m) from the curb or driveway where we can park and collect your bag safely, without disturbing your neighbours and being within your property boundary.  
  2. Our trucks require a minimum nine meters (9m) height clearance, away from the electricity poles and cables.  
  3. For our BAFFIN Skip Bag (200kg & 1m3) you can position the bag withing six meters (6m) from the parking spot. For our ARCTIC Skip Bag (400kg & 2m3) you can position the bag withing five meters (5m) from the parking spot. For our TUNDRA Skip Bag (600kg & 3m3) you must position the bag within four meters (4m) or less.  
  4. There can be no obstacles or obstructions between our truck and your bag. Choose a spot where our driver has clear access from the parking spot to your bag location. 
  5. We can collect your bag over the fence of your property, for this option make sure your fence has maximum height of 1.8m, maintaining the distance from our truck as per item number 3. 
  6. Fill your Wolf Pack Skip Bag at your own time and be aware of the weight limit for each size to avoid overweigh charges. 

WARNINGS

  • Do not overflow your Wolf Pack Skip Bag. Keep your rubbish inside within the limit of the bag. 
  • Do not position your Wolf Pack Skip Bag on public property. It is against council regulations and you could be at risk of getting a fine. 
  • Do not attempt to move your Wolf Pack Skip Bag when you are finished. Once it’s full, leave it with our specialists to safely collect your bag and avoid the risk of injuries. 
  • Our Wolf Pack Skip Bags cannot be collected if the bag is damaged and not loaded or positioned properly. 
  • Collection Fees are non refundable. Make sure to follow our instructions and guides for a hassle free collection.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you plan to put a skip bin on your own private property you do not need to apply for a council permit. However, if your skip is going on the street or on the nature strip, a council permit may be required. Please contact your council directly.

Our team can pick-up your Wolf Pack Skip Bag up to one year from the date of purchase. 

Once your order has been received, you’ll receive your bag within 24-48 hours.

You will not be required to be present on delivery or pickup. But for the pickup the bag must be placed in the right location following the instructions.

– Your Wolf Pack Skip Bag must be placed within three (3) metres of the street curb or driveway

– Our truck requires nine (9) metres of height to safely collect your bin.
